12. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Dublin City Transportation Planning Division: b) Prior to commencement of the development revised cycle parking layout and details shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. A minimum 13 no. secure, conveniently located and sheltered cycle parking spaces shall be provided. Shower and changing facilities shall also be provided as part of the development. Key/fob access should be required to bicycle compounds. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
