11. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: c) Prior to commencement of the development the applicant shall submit details demonstrating that SuDS Design Criterion No. 3 (Level of Service) will be satisfactory met including the requirement of floor levels to be set at least 500mm above the 100year storage level. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
