The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be strictly adhered to: (b) The applicant shall submit a revised Proposed Basement Layout Plan detailing the no. of car parking spaces within the development permanently allocated to Car Club use. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development, in the interests of residential amenity.
