4. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Department shall be complied with: a) The applicant shall increase the level of cycle parking to serve the proposed increase number of apartments within Block A. Cycle parking levels shall be compliant with ‘Sustainable Urban Housing: Design Standards for New Apartments (March 2018)’. Prior to commencement of development, amended plans shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, which detail the level, location and type of cycle parking and shall ensure that long-term residential cycle parking spaces are located in dedicated cycle parking compounds. b) The proposed footpath/ramp located outside the redline boundary to link the development to the public road shall be omitted. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
