3. Prior to commencement of any work on site the applicant shall submit a revised site layout plan for the written agreement of the planning authority that indicates the positioning of the two proposed luminaries to be placed to the south of court 11, indicating also which existing luminaries if any they are replacing. Reason: In the interests of residential amenity.
