6. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: b) (i) Prior to the occupation of the proposed development, a Mobility Management Strategy shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. The strategy shall address the mobility requirements of future employees and members and shall promote the use of public transport, cycling and walking and the use of car club vehicles. A mobility manager shall be appointed to oversee and co-ordinate the roll out of the strategy. (ii) The Mobility Management Strategy shall incorporate a Car Parking Management Strategy for the overall development, which shall address the management and assignment of car spaces. Car parking spaces shall be permanently allocated to the proposed use and shall not be sold, rented or otherwise sub-let or leased to other parties unless otherwise agreed in the strategy. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
