2. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings for the written agreement of the planning authority to show the following amendments: a) The first floor rear extension shall be reduced in depth by 1 metre. b) All bedrooms shall comply with the minimum requirements as set out in the Quality Housing for Sustainable Communities (2007), which states that the area of a single bedroom should be at least 7.1m2 and that of a double bedroom at least 11.4m2. Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining properties.
