6. The Developer shall comply with the following drainage requirements of the Planning Authority: b) The proposal to discharge surface water from the development to the public combined sewer is not acceptable. There is an existing public surface water sewer adjacent to the Site. Surface water runoff from the development shall discharge to this sewer, unless otherwise agreed with DCC Drainage Division. d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. The proposals described in the Engineering Services Report, dated March 2020, including rainwater harvesting shall be implemented in full. Full details of these shall be agreed with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
