6. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation requirements: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised site access junction plans. The plans shall include pedestrian and cyclist priority measures across the access points on Jamestown Road. A RSA Stage 1 shall also be submitted. The final detailed plans shall be to the requirements of DCC Traffic Advisory Group (TAG) and agreed in writing with the planning authority. Details of the materials proposed in public areas shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and agreed in detail with the Road Maintenance Division.
