3. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit revised drawing reducing the number of wall lights particularly within the front and rear rooms in all of the houses, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. c) Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit revised drawing of the lighting track for the written agreement of the Planning Authority. d) Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit revised drawing omitting the circular motif contained within the arched over-panel from all glazed over-panels and screens for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the works commencing.
