10. The following conditions of the Drainage Division to be complied with: c) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C522. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. Reason: In order to ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
