5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit the following to the Planning Authority for written agreement: (f) Bicycle parking shall include a provision for cargo bicycle parking and all bicycle parking shall be shown to be fully sheltered, secure and accessible by key/fob only, conveniently located and well lit.
