5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit the following to the Planning Authority for written agreement: (e) Revised undercroft access passage to all bicycle parking compounds shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority. Each undercroft access passage serving the respective bicycle parking compounds shall be of a width no less than two (2.0) metres and shall include details of lighting and passive surveillance.
