5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit the following to the Planning Authority for written agreement: (g) Prior to the commencement of works, the applicant/developer/operator shall submit to the planning authority for written agreement a Mobility Management Plan (MMP). The applicant/developer/operator shall undertake to implement the measures outlined in the MMP and to ensure that future tenants of the proposed development comply with this strategy. A Mobility Manager/Travel Coordinator for the overall scheme shall be appointed to oversee and co-ordinate the roll out of the plan. The plan shall address the mobility requirements of future residents and shall promote the use of public transport, cycling and walking. The MMP shall also identify car club spaces and shared micro-mobility transport options in the vicinity of the site. i. The MMP shall incorporate a Car Parking Management Plan for the overall development. This Plan shall indicate how all car parking spaces will be assigned and segregated by use and how use of the car parking will be continually managed. Car parking spaces shall be assigned and managed in a separate capacity via leasing or permit arrangements. The car parking management plan shall outline measures to prevent haphazard parking of vehicles on the public plaza. ii. A revised car parking layout shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. The revised parking layout shall be at a scale of no less than 1:250 and demonstrate ease of access and egress and functionality of all parking spaces. The parking layout shall demonstrate the incorporation of disabled parking and motorcycle parking and ensure that the quantum of disabled parking and motorcycle parking accords with the standards outlined in the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022.
