5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit the following to the Planning Authority for written agreement: (a) A Road Safety Audit (RSA) Stage 1 to include the access junction on Ratoath Road and internal layout proposal. (b) Any amendments to the road layout as recommended in the RSA shall be submitted detailed on revised drawings, including final design details of the interface with Ratoath Road including the access junction. (c) The road layout and junction arrangements throughout the proposal shall be designed in accordance with the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS) in the context of ensuring maximum speeds of 30km per hour throughout the residential development.
