Description

Following withdrawal of Reg. Ref. 3919/23 for a similar development this proposed and revised development will consist of the demolition and removal of existing single and two-storey extension to the rear of the existing two-storey terraced house and replacement with a new single and two-storey extension, including remodelling of existing ground and first floor accommodation, minor adjustment to existing front entrance to provide for independent access and all associated site works.
