10. (c) A residential travel plan shall be prepared and submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to occupation of the development. The travel plan shall address the mobility requirements of future residents and should promote the use of public transport, cycling and walking. Reason: In the interest of the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
