3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority to show the following amendment: a) The extension at upper ground floor and first floor shall be reduced in depth to no more than 4.5 metres deep (a reduction of 0.5 metres) Reason: To protect the amenities of the adjoining properties.
