The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: c) Revised plans detailing bin storage for the mews which is conveniently located and accessed from Stephen’s Lane shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of the development. The storage shall not have outward opening gates.
