5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: b) 2 no. sheltered cycle parking spaces for the existing office at No. 6 Mount Street Crescent and 1 no. sheltered cycle parking for the mews shall be provided. Revised drawings detailing cycle parking shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of the development. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit.
