7. The applicant shall comply with the following requirement: Showers and lockers shall be provided in Block D (office block) in accordance with at least the minimum requirements of Sections 16.39.4 and Section 16.39.5 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2016 – 2022 i.e. 1 shower per office development over 100 sq.m.; a minimum of 2 showers for office developments over 500 sq.m.; 1 shower per 1000 sq.m. Thereafter. Lockers should relate to the number of bicycle spaces. Details shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of development on site. Reason: In the interests of encouraging and facilitating sustainable public transport modes
