6. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation Planning requirements: (iv) Prior to commencement of development, revised layout plan for undercroft bicycle, cargo bikes and motorcycles shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. The revised layout plan shall demonstrate functionality and ease of access/egress to the bicycle, cargo bike and motorcycle parking areas. The revised layout plan shall clearly demonstrate the number of spaces in each area. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Electric bike charging facilities shall be provided. Key/fob access should be required to bicycle compounds.
