Description

2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Department of Dublin City Council; a) Revised drawings showing a pedestrian access patio and ramp that facilitates a parking depth of minimum 5 m, a parking area in line with the vehicular entrance and in accordance with the Development Plan 2022-2028 standards shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement.
