20. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: m) Prior to commencement of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit to the planning authority for written agreement of Dublin City Council’s Environment and Transportation Department, drawings and details indicating how district heating infrastructure is to be installed from initial construction in all streets and brought to and accommodated within the blocks in the development and how the blocks are to be connected to the district heating network, including the associated plant room(s).
