20. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: g) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant/developer shall agree in writing with the planning authority in consultation with the NTA the final design of Central Boulevard incorporating a layover for buses, measuring a minimum 40 m in length, adjacent to the bus turning area, and a segregated one way cycle tracks on each side of the road replacing the two-way cycle track. Central Boulevard shall be implemented prior to the occupation of any units within the development.
