2. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) Clarity on the extent of structural works carried out, annotated on drawings, is to be provided, together with full details of proposed structural works to be carried out under this planning application. A methodology for the proposed structural works is to be provided. (ii) The proposed use of concrete to replace decayed timber is to be clarified. (iii) The colour proposed for use to the front elevation is to agreed in advance of works commencing. (iv) The location of the proposed access hatch to the roof is not indicated on the Proposed Roof Plan (Drawing Ref. 6280-P007). The location of this is to be provided in advance of works commencing. (v) The proposed structural interventions at ground floor level including the positioning of the ‘goal-post’ steelworks are to be provided in advance of works commencing. (vi) 1:20 drawings of the proposed sash windows for the rear elevation are to be provided for approval in advance of the works commencing. (vii) The proposed use of slimline glazing to the historic windows to the front elevation is to be clarified. Where slimline glazing is to be provided, it is to be demonstrated through the submission of detailed scaled drawings that the glazing can be provided within the historic frames. The replacement of historic glass with slimline glazing will not be permitted.
