12.The following requirements of Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) shall be complied with: f) Lighting design for the scheme shall not create glare onto the Luas alignment. Prior to the commencement of development, the developer shall submit details of lighting design to the Planning Authority for agreement of TII.
