24. Pedestrian access to the proposed east-west lane from New Wapping Street shall be well-lit and shall incorporate appropriately designed signage/wayfinding at this access. This signage shall include clear public direction to the park. Details of the above signage and lighting are to be agreed in writing prior to commencement of development. Reason: To comply with objective PR1 of the plannign scheme, and in the interests of public amenity.
