3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The rear extension shall have a hipped roof, which shall not exceed the ridge height of the existing roof. The roof and all gutters, eaves etc shall be set within the site boundary. b) The window serving the bedroom in the north-west facing wall at first floor level shall be omitted from the development and the room shall not be used for habitable purposes. c) The window serving the ensuite in the north-west facing wall at first floor level shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass.
