3. The following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with : a. The applicant shall submit revised details/drawings for the written approval of the Planning Authority to reflect the following limitations with regards to signage and window beds: i. Sign Type 1 shall be limited to 5 no. locations: the most northerly bay, the central bay/entrance and the most southerly bay of the O’Connell Street elevation and the western-most bay and eastern-most bay of the Sackville Place elevation.between the corner of the building and the Sackville Place entrance. ii. The proposed window beds, in addition to Sign Type 2 (back wall of window bed), and the chamfered frames incorporating Sign Type 3 shall be limited to window bays on either side of the entrance of the O’Connell Street elevation and limited to the two central window bays on the Sackville Place Elevation, between the corner of the building and the Sackville Place entrance. iii. The eastern-most bay on the Sackville Place elevation (west of the Sackville Place entrance) shall possess a consistent window depth and maintain a single plane to the back panel as dictated by the adjacent escape stairs. The back panel to the entirety of this bay shall be mirror panelling (Note: The chamfered frame incorporating Sign Type 3 is acceptable to this bay).
