2. Prior to the commencement of development, the Applicant shall submit the following for the written agreement with the Planning Authority: a) Details of the materials, colours and textures of all external finishes to the shopfront including signage b) Letter signage shall be individually pin mounted letters to the fascia and be internally illuminated only c) Hours of operation of the coffee shop use d) Details of suitable waste storage and collection arrangements Reason: In the interests of orderly development and the visual amenities of the area.
