5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. i) The Developer’s submission includes a proposal to construct a soakaway as part of this development. The design and construction of soakaways must comply with the requirements of BRE Digest 365 and CIRIA C522. Surface water drainage from garden room shall be included within soakaway design. ii) Any new paving shall be carried out in a sustainable manner so that there is no increase in surface water run-off to the drainage network as per the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028. iii) Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
