4. The requirements of Transportation Planning shall be adhered to: a) The canopy on the Wynnefield Road elevation overhangs the taken in charge public footpath, extends beyond the application boundary and shall be omitted. Within 3 months of the grant of this permission, the applicant shall submit a revised set of drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, showing the omission of this canopy. b) All costs incurred by Dublin City Council, including any repairs to the public road and services necessary as a result of the development, shall be at the expense of the developer. c) The developer shall be obliged to comply with the requirements set out in the Code of Practice. Reason: To provide for an acceptable standard of development.
