Description

24. The developer shall enter into an agreement with the planning authority, pursuant to section 47 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, which shall allow for provision of shared accesses over the proposed access road as detailed in the developers submission. This shared access shall make provision for facilitating the possible future development of lands located within the site of the proposed Block 10 and access into the Mayne River corridor area. Reason: In the interests of co-ordinated development.
