11. Invasive Species Prior to commencement of works, the developer shall submit documentation prepared by a suitably qualified person stating whether any invasive species (as defined by the Birds and Natural Habitat Regulations Third Schedule) are located within the site. Where such species are identified, the developer shall submit details of proposals to safely remove the plant material which shall be agreed with Dublin City Council prior to any works on site. Reason: in the interests of amenity, ecology and sustainable development
