2. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (ii) The application documents refer to a window condition survey that has been carried out (p.21, Illustrated Schedule of Façade Works). This was not submitted with the application and is to be submitted in advance of works commencing.
