Description

6. Before development commences on foot of this permission, details of the following matters shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority and the development shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the details agreed: (a) The configuration of private amenity space for ground floor units in Blocks 02 and 03; (b) Configuration of any windows at ground level which potentially overlook such spaces, and; (c) any planted barriers around such spaces. Reason: To ensure adequate and quality provision of defensible, private, amenity space, and efficient use of the site to maximise residential amenity.
