2. The development hereby approved shall comply with the following requirements of the Planning Authority: a) The hardscaping to the front of the property shall be kept at a minimum and shall be constructed of permeable paving b) The applicants shall include a strip of soft landscaping along the boundary with no. 5 Prince of Wales Terrace. c) The vehicular entrance shall be a maximum of 2.6m wide d) The original pedestrian gate and adjoining wrought iron column shall be maintained in their existing position e) The design of the proposed new vehicular entrance gate shall mirror that of the existing pedestrian gate and wrought iron column and shall reuse where possible the existing cast iron railings. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, site plan and elevation drawings at a scale of 1:20 showing the above details. Reason: In order to comply with Development Plan policies and objective.
