6. Details of all boundary treatments to be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. The existing boundary walls to the rear of the existing sheds, between the development site and properties along the Ballymun Road and Saint Pappin’s Road, shall be retained, any damage to these boundary walls during the demolition and construction stage of the proposed development shall be repaired/rebuilt at the expense of the developer, details of any works required shall be agreed with the planning authority prior to commencement of such works. Reason: In the interest of visual and residential amenity for future occupants.
