4. The applicant shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: b) Prior to the commencement of the development, a revised car parking layout detailing accessible parking spaces shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Line markings for accessible car parking spaces shall be implemented on site prior to the use hereby permitted taking place. Reason: To comply with the Dublin City Council Plan standards and in the interest of proper planning and sustainable development.
