3. The following conditions shall be complied with in relation to the proposed 3 no. temporary marquees: (b) The marquees may be erected for a maximum of 16 specified and agreed dates per year, coinciding with the Dublin Horse Show, Leinster Rugby home games and concerts held in the RDS. The Planning Authority shall be informed in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the first date of use of the permitted development. The marquee and any associated elements shall be fully removed the day after each specified and agreed date and shall not be erected prior to the subsequent specified and agreed date, unless otherwise agreed with the Planning authority. Reason: In the interest of orderly development and so that the effect of the development may be reviewed having regard to the circumstances then prevailing.
