2. Within 3 months of the date of this retention permission the applicant shall comply with the following; a. The front boundary wall shall be reconstructed to provide for a vehicular entrance with a maximum 3.0m width and shall not have outward opening gates. b. A buffer zone of 2.5m between the existing street tree trunk and proposed dishing area shall be provided. Revised drawings shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for written agreement demonstrating the changes prior to the commencement of development. Reason:To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
