12. f. Prior to commencement of development details in relation to the provision of cycle parking spaces shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority. The developer shall note that cycle parking shall be secure, sheltered and well lit. Key/fob access should be required to bicycle compounds and cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked.
