PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION: For works to No 51 Belgrave Square North, Rathmines, Dublin 6, D06 CK82, a protected structure. Dublin City Council Record of Protected Structures (RPS ref. 604). The building is currently in the form of two self-contained flats with the proposed development seeking permission to provide for a 3 bedroom, single family dwelling with an overall floor area of 214 sqm on a site area of 0.031 ha.
