7. Prior to commencement of development revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments shall be submitted to and agree in writing by the Planning Authority and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the building. All alterations shall ensure that the daylight and sunlight is maximised for the living/dining/kitchen area of each apartment: a) L-01-004 and L-01-006 shall be changed from 2 no. 2 bed to 2 no. 1 bed units. b) L-01-011 and L-01-010 (minus the bedroom and bathroom of L-01-010) shall be amalgamated to provide 1 no. 3 bed dual aspect unit. c) The bedroom and bathroom of L-01-010 and adjoining unit L-01-009 shall be amalgamated to create 1 no. 2 bed unit. d) L-01-012 and L-01-013 should be combined to create 1 no. dual aspect 2 bed unit. e) L-01-014 should be changed from 1 no. 2 bed to 1 no. 1 bed unit. f) L-01-016 and L-01-017 should be combined to create 1 no. 2 bed. g) L-01-018 and L-01-019 combined to create to create 1 no. 3 bed unit. h) L-02-003 and L-02-006 should both be changed from 2 no. 2 bed units to 2 no. 1 bed units. i) L-02-010 and L-02-011 should be amalgamated (minus the bedroom and bathroom of L-02-010) to create 1 no. dual aspect 3 bed unit. j) The bedroom and bathroom of L-02-010 should be amalgamated with L-02-009 to create a 1 no. 2 bed unit. k) L-02-012 and L-02-013 should be combined to create 1 no. 2 bed dual aspect unit. l) L-02-014 should be changed from 1 no. 2 bed unit to a 1 no. 1 bed unit. m) L-02-016 and L-02-017 should be combined to create 1 no. 2 bed unit. n) L-02-018 and L-02-019 should be combined to create 1 no. 3 bed unit. o) L-03-003 and L-03-006 should be changed from 2 no. 2 bed units to 2 no. 1 bed units p) L-03-010 and L-03-011 (minus the bedroom and bathroom of L-03-010) should be amalgamated to create 1 no. 3 bed dual aspect unit. q) The bedroom and bathroom of L-03-010 should be amalgamated with L-03-009 to create 1 no. 2 bed unit. r) L-03-012 and L-03-013 should be combined to create 1 no. 2 bed dual aspect unit. s) L-04-003 and L-04-006 should be changed from 2 no. 2 bed units to 2 no. 1 bed units. Reason: In the interest of proper planning and ensuring adequate levels of residential amenity for future residents.
