5. Prior to commencement of development the following Residential units shall be omitted: L-11-006, L-11-007, L-12-006, L-12-007, L-13-006, L-13-007 and the corresponding area of the indoor residential amenity space on the 10th floor. Revised drawings shall be submitted to the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development for written compliance. Reason: In order to comply with the stated requirements of the Poolbeg West Planning scheme including the development code for Block A3 as set out in Appendix 5, Section A5.3
