EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Proposed Works: External: Painting: Cast iron fencing using non-rust paint. Repair and repaint window reveals & sills. Rear boundary wall o Front door Maintenance: On front elevation, clean and repair the render where needed and repaint. Sand, treat and paint soffits and fascias where required. Replace or Install: Replace Rear Gate New Railings on Stairs Internal: Painting: Repair and repaint skirting boards, coving and architraves. Window frame, reveals & sills to be repaired and repainted. Walls and Ceilings where repair work is necessary. Maintenance: Repair ceilings and walls where necessary. Surface Defects Stripping and Rendering where bulging is occurring o Maintenance of window frames o Roof strengthening works Replace: Carpet to living, bedroom and lobby areas. Lino flooring to bathrooms, kitchens, utility and hot presses. Attic insulation with 300mm Rockwool o Replace the existing entrance doors to the apartments for fire rated doors. Install: New flooring to hallway and stairs with contrast strips at stairs Skirting boards where required. Timber panels to the missing sections of floor. Install guard rails to all upper floor levels where window openings are below 800mm.
