2. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The dormer structure shall have a maximum external width of 4.3 metres and shall be centred on the rear facing roof plane. b) The dormer structure in entirety be setdown below the ridgeline of the main roof structure by 150mm. c) The dormer structure shall be setback at least 1 metre from the eaves of the main roof structure. d) All fascia/soffits; rainwater goods, window frames glazing bars shall be finished in a dark colour so as to blend with the existing roof. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings: Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
