11: Prior to commencement of development the Developer shall submit the following for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: A detailed layout of the proposed restaurant clearly showing the kitchen area, staff facilities, bin stores and details of how the kitchen shall be ventilated to control odours/fumes on the premises. Reason: In the interest of the proper planning and sustainable development.
