Description

5. Details of the materials, colours and textures of all the external finishes to the proposed buildings and detailed public realm finishes, including pavement finishes, shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. The render finish to elevations of the development shall be replaced with an alternative durable, high quality material or finish. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
